Upon argillaceous-limestone slopes of Languedoc, this Syrah blooms on terroirs that are near to ideal for optimal maturation. The grapes are converted into wine though a traditional method with two-week maceration. Extraction is performed gently throughout the fermentation process, which occurs under 28°C, so that smoothness and fruity aromas are fully expressed in the wine.
Deep crimson wine with great purplish red reflections. The bouquet reveals a combination of fresh soft fruit and small-berry aromas as well as spicy hints of cinnamon and liquorice. This wine offers a supple and structured sensation upon the palate, with the highly pleasant sweet-coated tannins that complement the aromas released by the nose.
