We are a team of 40 people. We are experiencing a strong growth and therefore we are looking for a Business Developer working within the Emerging brands department.
Job description – What will you do/missions?
You’re in charge of Wabel’s clients! Your mission begins when a new supplier or a brand joins Wabel.
Reporting to the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Onboarding of new clients (training on new function of the market place and creation of profiles of clients)
- Upselling for all clients (sponsorship, training …)
- Provide high standards of customer service
- Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely manner
- Handling customer complaints and following up through to resolution
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Develop and maintain a smooth, professional and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty
- Maintaining an ongoing follow up with the clients
- Analyse, understand and answer to customer requests/questions and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- You are extremely organized and autonomous
- Absolutely fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Outstanding written and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good personal presentation, especially when face-to-face with customers
- Problem-solving skills and proactive
- Proficiency in MO
- Fast in delivering results
- A strong desire to up sell
Where: Company based in Paris but the position is open in remote
Start date: June 2021
Salary: Very competitive with unlimited commission plan
