Founded in 1987 in Barcelona (Spain) and acquired in 2012 by Lubrizol (Berkshire Hathaway company), Lipotec has become in just a few years a well-known worldwide expert in advanced active ingredients for skin and hair care.
Joining Lubrizol's Performance Functional Ingredients and Lipotec's Active Ingredients together with Lubrizol Dermal Care, Lubrizol Skin Essentials is a new division specialized in the research, development and production of innovative ingredients and formulated solutions for applications onto the skin. Taking advantage of our skin science knowledge, active ingredients portfolio and formulation expertise, we develop from concept briefing to ready to sell products with a strong value proposition based on Lipotec's active ingredients efficacy and storytelling. Our vision is to become a partner to our customers and help boost their creativity wih original concepts, strong technical and regulatory support as well as flexibility in supply and delivery.
